Another Black Bear in Ontario
After the rut, the Deer's antlers will be shed. This fellow has just lost one after a fight.

Just a little ol' Black Bear in Northern Ontario
These one month old Whitetail Deer fawns cavorted around my lawn most of the Summer
The fawns at times became quite curious about that one eyed creature looking at them as they cavortd around the yard.

This male Pileated Woodpecker used to frequent the Tamarack trees just outside my cabin door.
I walked over the hill and sighted this large Black Bear sow feeding about 30 feet in front of me. I managed a couple of snaps while beating a hasty retreat to safety.
