Fireworks high in the sky, with wonderful colours and patterns displayed at Reeth Green, Swaledale, The Dales National Park, North Yorkshire. Volunteers come round with buckets for donations for the next firework fiesta, on bonfire night, 5th November, as the event is not sponsored by anyone. So it's the members of the Public that make the show that it is.

Absolutely wonderful light is dancing on the fells of Whiterside, as clouds above drift past and cause breaks in them to give shadows and light so I waited and waited for the opening on this particular part of the fells. Whiterside is in Swaledale, The Dales National Park, North Yorkshire, and this is a typical Swaledale scene, in the Winter months. This beautiful and breathtaking image would look fabulous adorning any graceful wall at home or in the office...... A lovely reminder of when you last came to Swaledale.......
