I found one of my gannet photos which I felt expressed the strong bond between gannet pairs, and then went to work on it! It is intended to feel more like a crayon drawing or painting than a photo, and I hope the end result meets with approval. It did get the highest of compliments from an extraordinary wildlife and landscape photographer friend when I sent it to him as a card on his engagement so it can't be too bad!
