On Pew Tor looking west

The view west across the Dartmoor landscape from Pew Tor. This impressive tor is one that is easily accessible as it is quite close to the road and parking area. It is located in the Moortown area not far from Sampford Spiney. Nearby is Feather Tor and the iconic (and much photographed) Windy Post Cross with its small waterfall. This photograph was taken in early October as the moor was taking on its Autumn colours.
