Autumn at Rutherford Bridge

Autumn at Rutherford Bridge

Travelling to the Teesdale village of Scargill in County Durham from the A66, you will come over the River Greta via this lovely listed bridge built in 1773. With a few 19th century alterations to the parapets, Rutherford Bridge marks the boundary between the parished of Bowes and Scargill.
