A view of Laugharne Castle from the estuary. This magnificent medieval castle was built in the 13th century by the de Brian family, probable probably built on an earlier Norman castle. Dylan Thomas is said to have written poems in in the summer house within the castle grounds. The castle is now managed by CADW.
