Reflections of the little walkway in Heapey 1 lodge. There are a series of lodges off Higher House Lane Heapey and are a lovely place to walk. This was taken in early Autumn just as the leaves were starting to turn.
The fishing steps are situated to the side of Birkacre Weir in Yarrow Valley Country Park near Chorley. they help the fish reach the higher reaches of the river for spawning.
Dean Black Brook flows down to the picturesque village of White Coppice. It cascades down in a series of waterfalls and is at the start of a popular walk to Great Hill.
Heapey Reservoirs are a lovely area to walk with views to the West Pennine Moors. This taken at Heapey 2 reservoir on a glorious day and some lovely reflections.
