Flame and Horsehead Nebulae
Flame and Horsehead Nebulae
IC 434 is a bright emission nebula a long thin nebulous region running north to south near Alnitak, the eastern star of Orion's Belt. This is a beautiful galactic cloud in the impressive constellation of Orion. These images are all my own work taken with my telescope and Astro camera from my backyard here in East Yorkshire. They represent many hours of imaging deep-space objects and then stacking and processing the images. The camera used is ASI2600MC Pro on RVO Horizon 72ED telescope mounted on a Skywatcher HEQ5 Pro mount.
