Bactrian Camels II
Bactrian Camels II
Image of 2 Bactrian Camels found at Mainsgill's Restaurant, in their field, shared with a few Llamas! Mainsgill's is on the A66, near Barnard Castle, North Yorkshire. The distinguishing characteristic that sets Bactrian camels Camelus bactrianus) apart from dromedary camels (Camelus dromedarius) is that they have two humps on their backs whereas dromedary camels have just one.
