Allium Ursinum, known as Wild Garlic, Ramsons, Wild Cowleek, Cowlic, Buckrams, Broad-leaved Garlic, Wood Garlic, or Bear's Garlic, is a perennial plant in the amaryllis family, Amaryllidaceae. It is native to Europe & Asia, growing in moist woodland. A wild relative of onion and garlic, the leaves and seed heads are edible & can be used in cooking.
