Menacuddle Well Treverbyn St Austell Cornwall

Menacuddle Well Treverbyn St Austell Cornwall

Menacuddle is a historic place, holy well and wooded area in St Austell, Cornwall. The well was built in the 15th Century, and for many decades this holy well and surrounding glade was subsumed by invasive plants that obscured the beauty of what was once an ornamental garden. In 2016, the charity The friends of Menacuddle Well was formed and restoration commenced.
